Returns

Food Products:

All Troop Mushrooms products are food items; therefore, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

• A clear photo of the product
• A photo of the packaging
• Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a refund for the affected item.

Refunds:

• The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring safe return of the product if required.
